This is annoying they use to vacuum at work around 11. We were in the middle of a conference call. :-s

I too find it odd that the cleaners work the same hours as the office workers. At my office they don't vacuum, but I do need to leave my office while they mop.
In all of the offices I worked at in Australia the floors were cleaned before 08:00 or after 18:00.
